Small Island Developing States (SIDS), Least Developed Countries (LDCs), and other Overseas Development Assistance (ODA)-eligible countries are eligible for the SOFF Readiness phase support. SIDS and LDCs are eligible for the SOFF support in the Investment and Compliance phases.
