This document presents the baseline and targets for the SOFF Readiness, Investment and Compliance phase for the first implementation period (July 2022 – June 2025). It reflects the updated SOFF work programme (Decision 6.6) and updates the previously adopted result framework Decision 3.2 which provided baseline and targets for the Readiness phase only.
